Orders placed before 4pm ship the same day. Metro addresses land next day; the rest of the country takes two to three working days. Delivery is free on every order over ₹2,999 — below that it is a flat ₹149.

Yes, on every console we sell, and it runs alongside the manufacturer warranty rather than replacing it. Accessories and PC parts carry the manufacturer term, which is listed on each product page.

Message us within 7 days of delivery if it arrived damaged, dead on arrival, or is not what you ordered, and we replace it — free, and we pay the return shipping when the fault is ours. We settle returns by replacement rather than by refund, and we cannot take a product back simply because you changed your mind, so please be sure before you order.

Every console and prebuilt is powered on, updated, stress-tested for thirty minutes and repacked by hand. That is why our dead-on-arrival rate sits under 0.2%.

Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹60,000. Above that we ask for UPI or card so the courier is not carrying a fortune around.

If an authorised Indian retailer lists the identical SKU cheaper, send us the link within seven days of your order and we credit the difference to your account, to spend on anything we sell.
